The equipment on this website is provided exclusively for rental to our customers.

Of course, we also offer long-term rentals, but after a certain period of time we no longer recommend renting.

We can also provide some of our equipment and furniture on a warehouse rental basis. We can also provide assembly and packing assistance for our equipment that requires assembly (not shipped in one piece). 

In such cases, we may also ask our customers for a deposit prior to hiring.

In the event of a warehouse pick-up, Mobilsofa's project managers will provide you with precise information on the size of the delivery truck required, depending on the size and quantity of the assets.

Basically, furniture is delivered from the warehouse disassembled, so it requires assembly.

Yes, the In our warehouse on Gergely Street furniture can be viewed by appointment.

After the furniture has been handed over, the hirer is responsible for any damage to the furniture until it is returned.

Most of our furniture can be decorated, but these graphics are always provided by the hirer. We support the graphic designers' work with graphic aids.

Most furniture can be tailored to the event or the image itself. We can do this by foiling, upholstery and drapery. For information on which furniture can be branded and how, please contact our staff!

Unless otherwise agreed, we usually ask for a deposit of 50% of the price specified in the quotation. For new business clients or individuals, the full deposit is payable at the time the contract is signed. In the case of production, you should expect a deposit of 100%.

Yes, of course. We have already set up stands in several places around the world (e.g. Dubai, Barcelona, Hanover, London, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, etc.)

The stand systems on this website are available for rental to our customers only, but this does not mean that you cannot buy a stand from us. For information about stands for sale, please contact our colleagues!

Yes, with the help of our design team, we can provide a full service and create 3D visual designs for our clients. The design fee will be quoted as a separate item in the offer.

We take 8-10 working days to deliver first-round designs, and then 3-5 working days to make improvements after feedback. The use of the resulting design as a work of authorship is subject to a separate agreement between the parties.

In all cases, graphics are requested from our clients. We support the work of graphic designers with graphic design aids.

Yes, our offer always includes the installation and dismantling of the stands on site (even abroad), transport to and from the exhibition site. We also manage the on-site services required for stand construction (forklift hire, electricity, etc.), but this is always agreed in advance with the client.

We are not a hostess and catering service provider, but we are happy to recommend a reliable service provider from our outstanding partner network. We manage the direct services related to the construction of stands (e.g. electricity needs, forklift, rigging). 

Yes, we have a strong background in software and hardware (e.g. LED walls, displays, interactive games).
