In 2023, Hello Beauty Expo was held in a new venue, the Glass Hall of Millenáris. We were asked by the organisers to design and build the VIP unit stands. We customized the stands according to the exhibitors' needs.
- Salt & Pepper Events
At the request of Salt & Pepper Events, we designed a flat-pack exhibition system for the BMW Roadshow. The concept was to turn a „box-garage” into a spectacular showroom. Travelling with the system was an important consideration, so we had to make sure that the entire space could be dismantled in less than 12 hours and easily transported with just two trucks.

For the 2025 EDUCATIO Exhibition, we were commissioned by MCC to design and build a 120 sqm stand. The stand provided space for all the College's courses to be presented, and even included a library-style café.

The Plastic Aesthetics Expo was held in an exclusive location in the Castle Garden in 2023. We designed the stands from our proprietary Smart Event system, which were built in a dynamic layout in the lobby of the venue.

In 2023, Optika Expo was held for the first time in Budapest, hosted by Millenáris. The organisers, the Hungarian Optical Industry Association, asked us to design the layout of the exhibition stands, which was a challenge due to the fragmented nature of Building B. In addition to the layout design, we also created the visual design of several stands and the construction.

At AIR CARGO EUROPE 2023 in Munich, Budapest Airport presented a compact stand, which we were commissioned to design and build.

The barista station designed for Goosebumps Coffee looks like a sculptural counter inspired by contemporary monolithic architecture. However, this is no ordinary bar counter, it can be adapted to different sizes and styles of events, easily disassembled and reassembled. NOMAD Events asked us to create a concept for the launch of the new MINI 3-door and 5-door models. We created a split living room showcasing two completely different lifestyles. The two spaces were designed in different interior styles, representing different lifestyles, and were built using a modular system that could be easily and simply adapted to the different locations.

We set up a TV studio for the National University of Public Service. The studio is an important centre of university life, where news about university life is produced. The special studio is made of custom-made plywood. It has an acoustic wall and recycled materials to give it a functionally sound and design-unique appearance.

For Semmelweis University, we designed a reusable 144 m2 unique stand, which was first built at the 2023 EDUCATIO Exhibition at Hungexpo. The concept was to create a homely stand with a warm atmosphere, where we preferred to use wood.

How do we design a stand?
Structure, features, visuals, branding... When we work together, everything falls into place to ensure that the finished stand not only looks good, but functions perfectly.
Based on the client requirements received, a process of negotiation between the client and the lead project manager is initiated to arrive at a concrete design brief.
The design team will draw up the first-round plans for the stand structure, figure out the location of the different functions and place the furniture that fits and suits the stand. If we know the branding and the identity elements, we can design a stand that fits the branding.
A consultation with the client will follow, which may give rise to requests for changes.
In the second round, the plans will be amended on the basis of the consultation.
Once the designs have been approved, we will produce the necessary technical documentation, the production drawings. The customer is then provided with the graphic aids, on the basis of which we expect the ready-to-print materials.
