In 2022, we have been asked to design and build the stands for the ATLASSIAN DAY, organised by META-INF. In addition to the booths provided from stock, the task also included the floor plan layout and branding of the exhibition. Since then we have continued to provide the furniture for the event.

For the second time, Solarwelt asked us to provide them with a rental stand at Construma.
- Hanover
In cooperation with Design Terminal, a Hungarian startup sector company, we developed the creative concept for the 21 tech companies that will be present at the Hungary Pavilion. The goal was to showcase technological developments and devices in an exhibition stand that mimicked a family home, demonstrating how modern innovations have improved our everyday lives.

At CONSTRUMA 2024, we designed and built Daniella's 160 m2 stand for Szénási Event using elements available from modular stock.

We set up a TV studio for the National University of Public Service. The studio is an important centre of university life, where news about university life is produced. The special studio is made of custom-made plywood. It has an acoustic wall and recycled materials to give it a functionally sound and design-unique appearance.

The Dubai MEES - Middle-East Special Event Show is the most important exhibition for event organisers and the MICE industry in the Middle East region. We exhibited at the event with a compact stand of our own design.

After the successful collaboration with Education, we were commissioned by MITTE Communaticon to design a stand for the Budapest University of Economics and Business in 2024. They were one of the most prestigious stands at the Business Fest, whose visibility was enhanced by hanging friezes.

NOMAD Events asked us to create a concept for the launch of the new MINI 3-door and 5-door models. We created a split living room showcasing two completely different lifestyles. The two spaces were designed in different interior styles, representing different lifestyles, and were built using a modular system that could be easily and simply adapted to the different locations.
- Formula 1 Abu Dhabi
The Mercedes AMG Pavilion was the exclusive hospitality and experience centre for the 2015 Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, bringing the brand's premium world closer to visitors. We were commissioned to design the pavilion's elegant, futuristic look and interactive installations.

- Salt & Pepper Events
At the request of Salt & Pepper Events, we designed a flat-pack exhibition system for the BMW Roadshow. The concept was to turn a „box-garage” into a spectacular showroom. Travelling with the system was an important consideration, so we had to make sure that the entire space could be dismantled in less than 12 hours and easily transported with just two trucks.

How do we design a stand?
Structure, features, visuals, branding... When we work together, everything falls into place to ensure that the finished stand not only looks good, but functions perfectly.
Based on the client requirements received, a process of negotiation between the client and the lead project manager is initiated to arrive at a concrete design brief.
The design team will draw up the first-round plans for the stand structure, figure out the location of the different functions and place the furniture that fits and suits the stand. If we know the branding and the identity elements, we can design a stand that fits the branding.
A consultation with the client will follow, which may give rise to requests for changes.
In the second round, the plans will be amended on the basis of the consultation.
Once the designs have been approved, we will produce the necessary technical documentation, the production drawings. The customer is then provided with the graphic aids, on the basis of which we expect the ready-to-print materials.
